ALPHABET DISTRICT

The northern part of this area dubbed Slabtown has seen a flurry of recent development with new condominium buildings and fun retail options. The Alphabet is in high demand due to the vibrant, urban feel within short walking distance and less density than the Pearl. Tourists and locals alike are drawn to the mix of upscale and eclectic shopping. There are scores of bars, Salt N Straw’s ice cream, Breakside Brewing and numerous fabulous restaurant options like Fireside, Serratto and Besaws.

The community boasts six miles of trails and 215 acres of common area. Residents also love nearby amenities such as Mill Pond Park with its pond and playground.
